Cons

No business direction, strategy or marketing support. The entire team speaks Portuguese in office around Canadian colleagues, leadership has extremely limited english proficiency. Portuguese is spoken in office, during internal meetings and client strategy calls. AE role includes marketing, Sales Development, Account Management, Legal negotiations, customer support and way more that is entirely out of scope - all positioned as "wearing multiple hats" with no career development opportunities. No sales tools are offered. There is no sales structure, coaching, mentorship or support. Many reps are fired after 7-12 months without any Performance Improvement Plan or guidance.

Great Staff, good benefits, good salary

Cons

Poor management, they hired me for only 3 months, the project was over but they had so many people to realocate, they couldn't find another positions to everyone.
