      Pros

      - Largest P&C insurance company in Canada. - Exposure to the largest network of small and large brokers in Canada. - Great benefits package which includes share purchase plan up to 10% of yearly salary. - Company car, cell, and laptop provided with almost every position.

      Cons

      - Can be a lot of politics just like any other company. - Being noticed is a challenge with those above. - It takes time to make changes, but that happens when a company has been successful for a long period of time.
