      Once you get your license move on

      Cons

      Promotions based on who is friends with their manager. They will keep bonuses away from people who deserve it and give it to the most popular people socially.

      Good to get your feet wet

      Pros

      Usually most companies don't get this, but it was the team I worked with that was my favourite thing about the company. Eventually starts paying for insurance courses you want to take.

      Cons

      Regardless of how much work you put in, seniority exponentially trumps results and work ethic. Miscommunication from managers about certain protocols and procedures.
