      Good work balance, nice location, good pay and you'll get to learn several areas in insurance which gives you transferable skills, and opportunities in other roles in RSA

      Cons

      Shifts can be hard if you do not drive and getting transport depending on your location

      - 1 day in office structure changed to 3 days in office - Working every 4th Saturday
