Benefits are good - 35 hour working week, flexitime, decent annual leave Good office facilities and great location

Cons

Opportunities for progression from junior levels are awful. Worked unbelievably hard in this job and often it goes completely unnoticed because it is so cliquey here that unless you're best mates with those already in management, you haven't got a chance in hell of progressing. Pay and rewards are very poor; if you do well one year by working your backside off you might get a 3% pay rise instead of 2% which translates to a few extra hundred quid.

- Old hierarchy in the company with favoritism - Managers play the blame game to the lower level and do not take ownership of the project. - Senior management is double faced and takes the matters personally.
