      Pros

      Been great through the pandemic Able to work from home Leaders in my current area are really great, able to approach them and have chats when needed be it work or personal reasons

      Cons

      Customer managers get a real hard time. I have moved up from that level but spent 6 years as one and we do get the brunt of it with the ever increasing targets to achieve which can make it difficult to gain a higher rating. There are teams that are customer facing that are unable to to gain the benefits of incentives as much as telephony teams are able to win.

      I have worked at More Than RSA over 18 years, started at 17 straight from school and never looked back! Throughout this time I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience, several NVQ’s and extensive training in both my role as cm before developing on a talent academy pathway to Team Coach. I really enjoy my job and the people I work with are all lovely! Defo a recommended place to work!

      At times it can be super busy/challenging however not really a con as there is always someone around to help and support you
