Management don't care about staff and have old fashion views, you have to look and sound "right" rather than being good at the job to get ahead. Benefits cut for staff Workloads placed on people at the bottom too high and too many middle managers not earning their wage. Poor wages and reviews in to them showed role was undervalued for both the company and the wider industry but management made little effort to rectify and constantly delayed a decision. Job insecurity is high due to numerous redundancies and company getting planning permission for office "just in case”. Any staff remotely good at their job moves on after a few years due to lack of progression.
