Pros
Pension was good and some other benefits around my job.
Cons
Short term management changes, Never thought about the customer always the cost base, every year was a threat of redundancy or changes to working location. Very unsettling. Middle Management always looking to promote themselves at the detriment to the people they had responsibility for. Don't turn your back on someone unless you want a knife in it. Prior to Andy Haste CEO it was a great place to work. How a place can turn so quickly with all the wrong people climbing the ladders of promotion.
