-Lovely people to work with workplace atmosphere. -Nice Location. -Strong business outlook

Cons

-A lot of bad sentiment from a few of the staff that had ben there a long time about the way RSA used to be run. -Benefits etc not a good as before. -Should consider higher pay / bonus to entice more staff to stay.
