Pros
The people you work with are great. They are really trying to build a team spirit in the place and it shows. The managers are aware of the problems and take them in to account, however they lack the upper management backing to fix them
Cons
Lack of training or clear procesess. Lack of communication between connect branches of the company. Lack of training. All training is "on the job" but different people have differnent ideas about how to do something so you get a muddled message
