Working from home, good benefits, gym membership, social activities, charity-driven.

Cons

Senior management doesn't care, or even bother to make themselves visible. There's a lot of talk about "doing the right thing", but if you're 50 or over, or a long term employee, prepare to have your salary red-lined or be demoted. I found out too late that loyalty means nothing...

Great people, great facilities, great hours, poor pay

Pros

The people that work there are extremely nice and helpful. The hours are very reasonable. The facilities are brand new and include a gym and massage chairs.

Cons

The pay was subpar. The work can get repetitive if they don't move you around.
