Pros

I've worked at RSA for over 13 years now. I've been able to learn and progress on the job and really love my current position (yes, really!) The team atmosphere is warm and friendly and there are many instances of members of the same family working here. The company is all-inclusive and cares about its workforce. There are various opportunities along the way to earn rewards and, if you're ambitious, to progress through to more senior roles. The company welcomes feedback too so it really is possible to effect change.

always hepls with time slide. great benefits such as doctor and dental . can buy extra holidays and benefit . all the adviser and managers are great and willing to help . great atmosphere

Cons

im not keen on weekend working bbut its only one weekend and 1 saturday out of 8 weekds so its not really bad
