      politics, slow requirement gathering, too many teams and no alignement on roadmaps

      Pros

      Great spread of IT portfolio, excellent process definitions, professional atmosphere and great colleagues

      Cons

      Not really a con but some of the management has a reactive approach rather than having a pro-active approach in some processes (this can be changed over time, a more cultural change can be driven)
