      Poor company with worse pay

      None, you work your hardest and they keep asking you for more, poor pay, and they have just recently reviewed pay and raised some but not others despite some one like myself having more experience because I'm unlucky enough to be in the role I'm in, not my choice btw, I don't qualify for this pay raise despite being just as if not more skilled.

      Cons

      Poorly run, poorly paid, no acknowledgement for my efforts. Keep expecting more with no benefit to do so. Underappreciated for the work I do.
