      Pros

      They tell you they want to make it better. Lots of communication. Lots of connections

      Cons

      Change is constant and not always progressive. Very hard to schedule time off even for personal time and appointments. Lots of staff turnover, frequently picking up the pieces from new staff. Told your opinion matters but you won't get promoted if you question things.
