Pros

Management is trained to support staff. They understand that employees that feel supported are inclined to eagerly contribute to the team as a whole ad opposed to the "look after number one" approach.

Cons

Not cap for the number of number claims per week and incentives/ compensation for extra files (new or transferred rates).
