      Growing and so 16k+company in Canada may not be for everyone Value focus on the customer; strategy and plan - dynamic but less « free wheeling » at entry levels Insurance is there for when customers need it so means your day is full

      Thank you for your review. Your headline sums it up quite well - we are a company geared toward employee career growth. Only 9% of privately owned Canadian companies offer a defined benefit plan and we are proud to be in this group. Thank you for your years of service with us.

      A lot of work but great people

      Great people Great support Rewarding to help clients Positive culture Very inclusive

      Cons

      Lots of work Can be stressful The job doesn’t pay enough so people leave or move somewhere in the company away from claims which shows that claims deserves more pay but doesn’t get it And when key people leave it really effects the department because they were needed to train new people and now they can’t

      I just got hired and it’s seems to be a nice place to work at. Management cares about you and helps you out with what you need.

      Cons

      Call centre job so everyday you feel like it’s a struggle but if you keep pushing through it should be good
