Great support from team and manager, work life balance.

Cons

2 in office days a week. Commuting to work is expensive and our pay is not enough 🥺

The wage was somewhat reasonable

Cons

One of the most toxic cultures I have ever been a part of. This is a big company with lots of resources but doesn't listen to workload concerns from it's employees. Training is awful and mangers are like working in a high school locker room.
