      -pension plan - big company

      Cons

      - management is full of uneducated - sexual harassment, very rampant here. absurdly disturbing the lengths they go to with it - if you are not part of the 'quebecois culture' you dont advance - alot of bullying is present, managers try to pinpoint all the blame for failed projects on lower staff (even when due to their mistakes). if you resist the finger-pointing or blame they try to get you scolded or fired. many of staff on burnout leave

      Leadership is run by a bunch of catty, unprofessional, white women who do what they can to break everyone around them down.

      They don't care

      Pros

      - Very good collective insurance - Competent underwriters - Great, useful and easy to use information database

      Cons

      - Every single thing is scripted. - Calls have to be 10 minutes or less, if it's too long, you loose points. - You loose points everywhere, take a breath you loose point, - 46 calls a day, still not enough. - It is never enough. If you reached the peak once, you still have to do better. - They do not care about their employee's mental health and making conferences or offering telemedicine is just to buy peace. - Too many audits. - They push on the negative points and make you unable to see anything else. - They will stress and bully you until you leave.
