Lot of upward mobility if you put the work in, healthy work environment and alot of benefits for you and your family.

Cons

The job is not really pro-active, lot of repetition, at least in the sale department.

Great spread of IT portfolio, excellent process definitions, professional atmosphere and great colleagues

Cons

Not really a con but some of the management has a reactive approach rather than having a pro-active approach in some processes (this can be changed over time, a more cultural change can be driven)
