      Intact has a fantastic company culture. They strive for excellence and so you will be challenged (helping in your career development) and you’ll overall be surrounded by competent colleagues and managers.

      In some teams, senior leadership have multiple hats/roles, and so certain teams get less support from senior leaders

      Cons

      Salary for entry level positions are considered low for the high cost of living in Toronto for 2023/2024. Company is refusing to increase the salary (max 3%) so lots of new people are leaving trying to find better positions.
