      Pros

      Well educated & helpful Team Members. The team members assist other team mates by answering their questions via IM when the UCM is not available.

      Cons

      Not enough telephone support for inquiries & FNOL calls, Takes away from the Inside Property Claims Adjuster's time on newly assigned claims and their existing claims.

      Pros

      Based on my personal experience, I think this is a great company to work for, they really care for their talent, all the time thinking what to give extra, it is possible I am being bias for having a good manager, fantastic work life balance, benefits are good, I've never been in a company where they actually listen to what you say.

      Cons

      maybe salary, due to the high cost of living , it could be a little bit higher. besides that nothing I can think of.
