      Pros

      They have a great benefits package and overall company strategy to promote growth and profits.

      Cons

      Poor work culture and no collaboration between departments. Senior Managers not in touch with the reality on the front line and not supportive.

      Great company to work for. Good compensation and amazing people to work with minus upper management in the Mississauga CSC.

      Cons

      Please do not work in the CSC - claims, Mississauga. Not very well managed. Upper management need to treat staff with respect, give open and honest feedback so that one could improve on their weaknesses.
