      No Brainer Opportunity

      Pros

      Lots of vacation hours and non vacation paid days off Lots of room to grow and switch positions often Culturally diverse and inclusive as well The work from home setup is done well They don't fire people for mistakes, they help and teach The pay is above average for similar jobs and similar workloads. The pay is decent for the same role at another company Group RRSP, ESPP, full benefits from day 1, discounted phone plans, frequent awards for free goods and gift cards

      Cons

      Honestly can't think of any cons. But like any other job there are annoying and frustrating days.

      Great Atmosphere

      Pros

      The company outwardly gives a lot of money and time to good causes. They give good benefits and options for flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      The company is more focused on growth than improving the current systems and upgrading people that already work there. The worry about the latest acquisition for a couple months then onto the next.
