- Management cares about your work environment and will keep update their policy for a better work environment - Clear career path for people who wishes to pursue management/technical path - Able to research on State-of-the-art work and apply on the project - Brilliant company culture, team and management are friendly, good work life balance - Management is open to new ideas where you can join internal competitions to present it and earn to chance to commercialize your product
Cons
- 10+ hours of time zone difference between HK and Canada, may have to attend meetings at night - Server may be down very occasionally and may take some time from Canada team to fix
