      Pros

      - Great benefit package include: bonus, stock option, pension plan... and more - Flexible working hours. Remote 100% during pandemic. Otherwise employee can enroll in 50% remote program in normal time - Nice office in the downtown. Direct access from metro is a plus in the winter - People is nice and helpful. - Great work-life balance

      Pros

      -great work environment -focus on employee experience, put employees first. -adaptive work solutions -willingness to promote hard working individuals. received 4 promotions in 4 years

      Cons

      -low base pay but company offers alternative pay solutions (ie. bonus, employee share plan, flexible benefits and pension plan, etc.)

      Pros

      opportunity to take courses and lovely team mates.

      Cons

      new updates every week and process keep changing. You have to be current with all the changes along with the extremely high volume of work.You also have to put in 2-3 hours of your own time per day to keep up with the high volume of Claims. Sad part is that this has become a norm for all the adjusters and if you choose to attend your personal life after office hours your work load will spiral out of control.
