      Pros

      Great benefits and work flexibility. Lots of opportunities to grow and advance your career. Been with the organization for 2 years, and so far its been great experience working for them.

      - Good benefits - Some departments and people are kind - Maybe this was just a department issue

      Cons

      - Manager told me I would need to take vacation days if I was sick due to my disability and that this job wasn't for me because of my disability - When I contacted HR same was said and was told I could only be accommodated short term for my disability - Preaches acceptance and diversity but it's not true. If you need reasonable accommodation they will do anything to get rid of you. - I quit on my own terms because I couldn't handle the discrimination any longer, and was too tired to fight anymore. They just see you as a thing to make them money - Was promised one schedule when hired but then told I'd have to work nights.

      -a lot of opportunities to move and grow -supportive management team -company incentives and benefits (employee share purchase plan, wellness account etc.) -provide opportunities to network with upper management

      Cons

      -pay never seems to increase relative to the amount of work done -a lot of lateral positions that don't come with a pay raise -relatively high turnover -high workload, with high expectations -worklife balance can be improved on
