We also appreciate your feedback. With regards to pay, it can be complex as there are many things to consider when determining someone's salary. But, we do take great effort to ensure our pay structure is well aligned with the market and that our total rewards package is competitive. Connect with your manager or HR Consultant for more insight. With regards to your development concern, we encourage you to discuss your career goals with your manager at your one on one feedback meetings. They can help find and support opportunities for you to reach those goals. There are resources on the intranet to help you prepare for those discussions.
