      Flexible hours. Benefits. Pension. Share purchase plan. Appreciation hub. It truly is about the people. Work life balance is respected. Easy access to TTC.

      Cons

      No defined set of duties for roles which can cause animosity between team members. New technology /tools takes too long to be efficient which can hinder your ability to be successful in your role.
