      - Amazing Social Benefits (healthcare, very good share ownership plan, incredible retirement plan and many many more.... ) - Job security - Trying to mimic startup philosophy

      Cons

      - Politics, connivance, status quo motivate strategical decisions and one's ascension - Productivity slowed by dealing with legacy systems

You’ve pointed out the legacy systems, we are aware and are investing over $100 million in new technologies that will improve the experience of both customers and our employees.       Friendly environment. Strong company with strong financial performance.

      Cons

      Challenging to move up. Company often confused with processes due to being too big and constantly acquiring new companies. Some managers are also highly incompetent and dishonest.
