      Pros

      The only good thing about Intact is their pay - very competitive. Some may say there is room for advancement, but it depends what department you are in. And trust me, if you want a life, you don't want to be a manager!

      Cons

      This is an absolute sweat shop. Workload is unmanageable, and you're expected to work as many hours (evening and weekends) to get the job done. Oh, and no additional compensation or recognition for the extra work. They set you up to fail in your job. I witnessed this at varying levels in the company.

      Flexible hours and work arrangements, good benefits, great ESPP plan, flex days, with 3 weeks of vacation for new employees, fitness subsidy, Goodlife Membership discount, course reimbursement, CIP/FCIP. CRM reimbursement, in-house training, volunteer day, Company Xmas party.

      Cons

      Mandatory requirement to stay in current job for a year prior to applying to another role, focused on engagement score but not willing to spend money to increase engagement, not a great work life balance.
