      Pros

      1) Has strong senior leadership and strategic direction 2) Many acquisitions and IT initiatives keep the company growing and improve employee processes 3) Benefits are very good; bonuses are also very good as Intact tends to outperform the industry

      Cons

      1) Very little diversity in some areas/regions of the company 2) Little loyalty to experienced, long term staff. I've seen many staff restructured (fired) without cause 3) Sometimes department decisions tend to feel rushed and not well thought out; leaving staff scrambling to handle the consequences

      Thank you for your review. You've outlined some great points. Diversity is a top focus for us and we have recently hired a senior Diversity Leader to help us develop an even stronger approach to make our programs and initiatives come to life across all areas and regions of the company. Some people say we don't make decisions fast enough and others say we're too slow so we are really trying to have a balance in this area.
