Pros

Definitely a lot of internal growth opportunities, as well as for those seeking lateral moves and/or exploring different career paths in the insurance space. It's also an extremely well managed company at the top. Senior leadership is very knowledgeable.

Cons

Very fast paced work culture. The common feeling is that work just keeps getting busier with fewer and fewer resources to complete it. Hopefully Intact can start to take a more human approach.
