Please offer a better vacation and personal days. 1-2 personal days is not competitive. 3 weeks vacation for first 7 years of service is excessive. Need better work life balance.

- commitment to diversity and inclusion - financial and other benefits i.e. pension and ESPP

Cons

- a large organization takes a long time to make and then implement decisions i.e. hiring/staffing and policy changes within legal claims department. This can lead to drags on productivity or uncertainty amongst team members
