Great work life balance Above average benefits/ perks

Cons

Extremely complicated work process which makes it impossible to move forward sometimes. No ownership of projects/ products. Questions raised are never answered by the right team/ person. Manager wont care about your career development goal. When you ask how you can accelerate in the team, you get the answer of how you can contribute to another team?!! It's all about politics and flattery, they are keys for a promotion. No one cares about getting the job done the correct way. Company sells insurance, not software, so take it easy.

Good salary and benefits. People are helpful and nice to work with.

Cons

Old tech stacks in some projects. Lot of complex bugs solving that does not help to gain technical skills.
