      Great benefits Work from home Its a great starting point to start your insurance career

      Cons

      Depending on your manager it can be a nightmare. A lot of managers micro manage Its challenges to move up and especially get out of claims Bonus payout is only 5% of your salary which is peanuts compared to what other companys offer.
