      Pros

      This is one of the few Canadian companies which has taken upon itself to re-invent its business and adapt to the fast changing insurance business. Doing a lot of things right like - Hugely investing in modernizing its systems - Embracing tech companies approaches - Keeping an eye on disruption the sector faces and making adjustments - Making money - Taking the lead in industry on product pricing - Tacking present and future issues around climate change

      Cons

      Insurance typically is being a back bencher business sector and a large portion of people with the company are here for more than 10 years. Many are not used to the disruption atmosphere so making all the changes bring a lot of resistance, confused employees and push back on change.
