      Great Manager and team, flexibility, benefits, and hybrid work

      Cons

      Pay below market, Low annual bonus (could be much better). Leadership acknowledges hard work from employees, this has played a huge role in our success in the market but is not reflected in pay or bonus. There is a lack of growth, especially for those outside of Ontario and Quebec
