The employee survey is a joke, the company talks big about employee engagement but it feels like its just for optics. One year everyone in my department answered honestly in the hopes things would improve. Instead of trying to fix things our whole department had meeting after meeting with HR and management where they explained to us that we were wrong for feeling that way and it was us that needed an attitude adjustment. Nothing was changed and the next year most people didn't bother filling out the survey. The ones who did answered positively just to avoid the pointless meetings, and since management got the survey results they wanted things just kept trucking along.
