- Great minds to work with - Pay and Bonus are great when company is doing well

Cons

- Bonus pay comes in Cash or Stock rewards that take 4 years to fully vest - No raises for years - Constant layoffs - Employee benefits and pay cuts are first thing to go if company is in trouble - Layoff times make working there miserable even if you don't get cut
