Pros

Exposure to multiple disciplines of engineering, with an emphasis on chemical engineering due to nature of the role. Safety is a pillar of the company’s values that is appreciated as an employee.

Cons

Work life balance can be poor at times due to running a factory 24x7. Each module has their own expectations for on call, engineering hours, etc. Compensation can be lacking for the workload.
