Pros

The benfeits are unlike anything else ive been offere at other companies Youre working with some of the smartest people in the world. Your health and home life is always respected by managers.

Cons

Corporate creep has ruined the work culture, it truly feels like 10% of the team is doing 100% of the work while carrying the other 90% of the team on your shoulders. Over time you become jaded and eventually succumb to the corporate culture.
