Enjoyable work atmosphere

Pros

Friendly teams to work with, good collaborations, and lots of additional benefits and perks makes it an enjoyable place work.

Cons

Long hours and additional time on call can limit free time and be stressful, but I think this is pretty much expected when you take the job and shouldn't come as a shock.
