To be associated with the knowledgeable people and gain exposure to the cutting edge technology. The overall infrastructure is excellent. Especially, the netmeeting is cool where you get to meet with dozens of people virtually and share ideas and make presentations.

Cons

Your boss is the one who decides about your future. If you have issues with him, try to get out and look out for someone who will be supportive of you.
