      Intel provides the best benefits of a major company in high-tech. This is particularly beneficial when single folks become married folks who start having children. Intel is still progressive when it comes to profit sharing in 401k programs, and also for higher-learning options.

      Cons

      Middle Management has been hollowed out by Intel not having enough high growth, high revenue opportunities. The bench strength of Intel appears to be waning.
