Pros
Stable job if your not an idiot and even those don't get fired right away The ability to earn a decent living for little work compressed work week workers actually only work 6 months out of the year but earn as much as or alot more than most people do working 5 days a week.
Cons
Politics Your boss will typically not know what you do on a daily basis. If they do and understand it then your one step ahead of most. Its a big game...as where it most likely is else where. Lots of temp words and catch phrases that don't last or never work
