      Pros

      The company strives to support a healthy Work/ Life Balance, while employees are rewarded for results -- a fairly good meritocracy. Intel strives to promote personal growth. With a great tuition program and its in house training program is very good. Overall a very good company to work for, however the culture has seen some change over the past several years and is not the Intel of old.

      Cons

      Be prepared for longer work hours. After the recent headcount reductions upward mobility has become more limited. The company is trying to find itself. Is is a still a growth company or is it a mature company with lower future growth.

      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn what working for a large corporation is like. I've taken that experience with me to my next job.

      Cons

      Most managers didn't know what we did or how we did it, just that we got good production numbers at the end of the shift.
