      Intel provides excellent opportunities for learning at the cutting edge of technology. Most of the time you will experience a good balance between competition and teamwork with other employees. Though management sets high standards for achievement, "Intel culture" helps you find your way through the competitive environment with workshops and useful negotiating skills.

      Working at Intel can be stressful at times, and some groups are brutally competitive.
