      Pros

      It's a decent company, with good financials, so if stability is what you're looking for, here it is.

      Cons

      Expect to work either in a big bureaucratic machine, or a 'startup group' (with all of the bureaucracy that comes from being inside of a large corporation), without the financial upside or as high a degree of creative license. It also has some cultural oddities that are either just weird or sometimes detrimental.
