      Pros

      Fortune 500 company, work hours flexibility, if you are in the field you get a car, benefits, SPP, bonuses, work enviroment in buenos aires, etc

      too big to move fast, to be nimble with some desitions

      Pros

      Friendly staff, management helped me push my internship goals to learn more about the industry, gave me enough independence to sink my feet in, but gave me enough support without feeling like i was drowning. My director let me sit in important planning meetings to really understand the organization, and allowed me to get the first try in creating media packets, and information packets to really get experience.

      Cons

      I was there in a downsizing time, especially in the marketing department. there was definitely tensions, and i could see the beginnings of a subtle panic.

      Pros

      My favorite part is the fact that Finance is an integral part of the decision-making process. We don't just crunch numbers, we aren't just in the room to answer questions. Our opinion is valued and sought after to ensure management makes the best decision possible. We are truly part of the management structure of the company.

      Cons

      We are spread out. You can oftentimes work with someone for years and never meet them face to face. Intel has been slow to adopt work life effectiveness solutions as a whole company. It all depends on what group you work in and who you work for. It's left to manager discretion.
